DAVID TSAI

I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. I received my M.S. in Public Policy and Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Political Science from National Taiwan University. My research interests include network modeling, optimization, transportation systems, machine learning, and social computing. I am passionate about uncovering insights from complex and large-scale network data, with my current research focusing on transportation networks.
