David Tsai is a PhD student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, joining MAC in August 2024. He received his MS in Public Policy and Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Political Science from National Taiwan University.
His research focuses on deriving insights from large-scale network data, particularly in transportation networks.
Research interests
Network modeling, optimization, transportation systems, machine learning, and social computing.
