Kevin Freymiller earned his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, focused on Advanced Infrastructure Systems. He holds an undergraduate Physics degree from Reed College and has consulting experience in residential and commercial construction design. He previously served as a Senior Reactor Operator at Reed College's nuclear reactor facility, managing operations and team oversight.
In October 2023 he was awarded an Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship.
