
Dr. Pablo Guarda earned his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. He previously lectured on optimization and transportation engineering at the University of Concepción in Chile.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering with a minor in Social Psychology and an MS in Transportation Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2015), plus an MS in Cognitive and Decision Sciences from University College London (2017).
He is now a scientist at Uber.

Public transport, transport economics, data science, cognitive science, judgment and decision-making.
